Pine essential oil

Before use, take a sensitivity test or consult an aromatherapist! You can do a sensitivity test by dripping a drop of essential oil on an ear stick, touching the inside of the wrist very lightly with it, covering the area with adhesive tape and not washing for 24 hours. If itching, burning, rash occurs, we should not use the essential oil.

Ways to use essential oils:

 

• Room aromatization - Put the essential oils in a special diffuser, aromatherapy lamp or in a disk around the bulb (metal disk with a groove in which the oil is poured and heated by the light bulb, emits aroma).
• Aroma massage - in 50 ml. the base oil is added no more than 10-20 drops of essential oil or aroma composition.
• Aroma bath - add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a base oil, pour into a bath of warm water and stir vigorously. You can use a combination of several essential oils.
• Aroma compresses - 2-5 drops of essential oil per 2 liters of water.
• Inhalations - 2 drops of essential oil in 2 liters of water.
• Inhaler for prevention or various emotional states - 15 drops of essential oil, a combination of essential oils or aroma composition are instilled on the paper pad of the inhaler.
• Aroma shower - 2-3 drops of a favorite essential oil or aroma composition are dripped on the floor of the shower cabin / under the water jet of the shower.
• Home cleaning - as some of the essential oils have strong antibacterial and antiseptic properties, you can use them to clean and disinfect the floor or other smooth surfaces. In 2-3 liters of water put 20-30 drops of essential oil of peppermint, tea tree, equilipt, or other suitable oil / instead of a preparation / and clean as usual.

Considerations for the use of essential oils:

• Due to its high concentration, essential oils should not be applied undiluted on the skin!
• Children, pregnant women, people suffering from asthma, epilepsy, cancer, allergies should use essential oils with caution, and only after consultation with an aromatherapist.
• Store essential oils away from heat and light sources. Store citrus oils in the refrigerator.
• Keep essential oils away from children and pets.
• When using essential oils, be careful not to get them in your eyes or mouth.
• Due to their high concentration, essential oils are used in drops.
